The sixth annual outdoor Halloween trail for children preschool through 5th grade along Normandale Lake, with entertainment, candy and surprises from community partner organizations and City departments. Food trucks are on site and visitors can donate non-perishable items to the VEAP food shelf. Costumes are optional and the event proceeds weather permitting.
